Shockingly poor service delivery

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a chest of drawers on 30/1/24. The web site says delivery within 9 days. I followed up on 10/ 2, called customer care who said they will call me back as they will raise a query with the supplier??????? No one called me back, I called again on 12/2. Same story. No one called me back. I called again on 13/2. EXACT same story and same results. I called again on 14/2. Repeat of story same results! I called again on 15/2, no jokes same story and results. I even spoke to a dept. manager, out of respect I wont mention HER name, she also told me same story. No jokes, we will email supplier and call you back! I find it absurd that in the year of 2024 with so many online options that a company like builders can deliver such shockingly poor service with lie upon lie upon lie! I still don't know where my purchase is , neither if I will ever get it nor an option of refund. Be warned you will be very sorry if you are tempted into a builders online purchase.
