Shocking service - not recommended

I went into the Faerie Glen superstore and bought 2 x Samsung Aircons. I was told to purchase it online and by adding credit into a store card which I did. They only had one unit in stock and confirmed with the other store that another one was available. My online transaction was completed in store and delivery was promised within 5-7 working days. Its now already 6 weeks later and have not heard anything from Builders warehouse. They do not even reply to my emails sent and this is absolutely shocking. I will never purchase anything online from them again.
