Shocking service from credit application!

App**** online for a builders credit card - heard NOTHING back at all. Sent a query a few weeks later and just got a generic response back that the debtors dept. would be in contact once processed. Heard nothing further. Husband app**** in store on a Sat. and literally had approval confirmation a couple days later! I am STILL waiting on comms on how my application was going! However - sending a mail last night telling Builders to shove their application as they can't be bothered to keep me updated or anything - and within 12 hours I have a response back confirming cancellation of my application as requested! WOW, just WOW! Obviously Builders has WAY to much business that they cannot be bothered with potential business - either that or their debtors department needs a shake up! Is this how you communicate with customers?????
