Shocking service from Builders warehouse online

I ordered and paid for two light fittings on 27th May 2001. I received one phone call about 2 weeks later saying that there would be a delay. I then heard nothing at all, until I started phoning the call centre on 20th July. I had to call three times to get anywhere. It appears that the Constantiaberg branch says the line has been discontinued. NO effort was made to convey this information to me, the customer. Shocking service. And in order to get my money back, I now have to go into a branch. When we do online shopping it is so that we do not have to visit the branch. What a fiasco. I will never buy online form Builders Warehouse again.
