Shocking service from Builders Norwood

I had a shocking experience at Builders Norwood yesterday. All staff from the security guard in front to the lady I asked for help finding something, to the gentleman who cut wood for me, even the cashier! All had a terrible attitude and seemed irritated that I asked for their help. What kind of store do you people think you are running?

This is the worst managed Builders I have ever come across by far. All others have been pleasant to deal with.

I live in the area and have raised this with the community and I have received a lot of feedback with community members experiencing the same thing.

I have also previously addressed this issue with the branch manager but obviously he is not competent enough to resolve this.

I do not want to speak to the branch manager again. Please put me in touch with his superiors.
