Shocking service Builders Wharehouse Worcester

Pathetic service from Worcester branch. I ordered goods 3 weeks ago at least to be told that some of the goods would be there for collection last week and rest would follow. No news from John who I spoke to to date. Been trying to call them now over lunch to speak to manager, personel put you on hold or switch you to answering machine. Not a great experience dealing with this company.
