Shocking service at Builders Express Walmer

I went to the store to collect a board. There was no one available in this department. There call for service did not work as the batteries had been removed from the unit. When after 20 minutes of waiting I was assisted I was told that the person cutting the board was not available and would have to come back later. I then sent my complaint to head office and am still waiting for a reply.
