Shocking Service at Builders

Bought and paid for a Fridge and Tumble dryer, agreed a delivery date and paid the delivery fee. Only to be told that they don't have anything in stock and cannot confirm when these items will be available.

Shocking service, I eventually asked for my money back in order to buy these items somewhere else.

I will be closing my RCS Builders card and I now clearly understand why this chain of stores (Massmart) is in financial trouble.
