Shocking service and service delivery

I'm not one to write negative reviews but in this case I feel it is only fair that others be made aware of how shocking the service is at this particular Builder's Warehouse. The staff inside the store are extremely unhelpful, you practically have to beg for assistance and they're are often not stationed or have correct knowledge of the products they're selling. My first mistake however was actually giving them business. My wife and I bought a Bennet Read cordless Vacuum cleaner which ended up being faulty 2 months later. Luckily it was within warranty so it was fixed at no charge. However, getting through to the actual Returns department was an absolute nightmare as they don't actually answer their telephone. I was put through 4 or 5 times by customer service, and not once did they pick up. Furthermore, when I decided to go there myself, they were extremely unhelpful, making me wait some time for them to finish their conversation before helping me and when I finally got our vacuum cleaner back, it was missing most of the parts we sent it in with, rendering it useless. I now await a resolution for this mistake but regardless of the outcome, I am shocked at the level of professionalism from this Builder's and would highly recommend giving another outlet or store business
