Shocking service

The service in the early morning is severely lacking at the tills, at 740am, 6 people deep with one teller. Also needed keys cut but no blanks, was told to find another builders...haha i will find a different hardware store. This is not my first experience of waiting in long long queues at the tills, i have now X'd my shopping there !!! When convenience is not convenient i go elsewhere.
