Shocking service

Buying something online is a joke, I was told that they dispatched the item on Monday, on Wednesday when I phoned I was promised that it is on the truck and being delivered that day, nothing, next day, I phone, am told nobody is answering at dispatch and that they will call me back with feedback. Still nothing. What I also don't understand is that it says there is one in stock in the Builders down the road from me, but I am told they are sending me one from Cape Town. Please refund me.
