Shocking service

Absolutely shocked at the service at builders Northgate. I purchased a pool cleaner, used it for a day and it clearly wasn't the ultimate machine that the salesman told me it was. I paid more than double my existing pool cleaner . This Zodiac TX35 is a disaster. I was so disappointed with the Managers attitude at Northgate- Ridhad and Ilandra Kahn from Zodiac, who refused point blank to even listen to what was offered compared to what I got. If I bought on Takealot I wouldn't have a problem. This is the end of the road for Builders Warehouse and ME
