SHOCKING SERVICE!!

After spending ALOT of money on purchases and evens paying for RIDICULOUS delivery fee given we still awaiting our delivery and NO one has once evens attempted to contact us!! When we paid (Saturday) we were told they currently didn't have stock of the one of the items so delivery would only be the Thurs/Friday but they would contact us. We found this acceptable. By Friday we still had heard no feedback. We contacted them to follow up and after wasting ridiculousness amount of airtime and been transferred from person to person we were finally told it was scheduled to be delivered that Saturday. We especially arranged we would be home and waited the whole weekend with no contact from anyone!!!! We went through the pains to follow up again the Monday and we were told that they would deliver Thursday AND SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT US. Its now Thursday afternoon and still no one has evens tried to contact us to give us feedback!!<br> WE EXPECT BETTER SERVICE FOR THE HIGH DELIVERY FEE AND MONEY WE SPENT!!!!!<br> VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE
