Shocking service....

Registered onto their online purchasing facility to purchase 46 mtrs of translucent burglar proofing. The online system was amazing until I arrived at the shop to collect and had to deal with very *********** people which included the so called manage Allina or something. Nobody in site to assist with the collection, all other counters referred me to the enquiries where to my amazement I also found no staff present, so back to collections and was a matter of hurry up and wait.... very professional staff ( NOT) so eventually Allina arrived to help, with a very poor sense of customer s****s, and found life very tough today obviously. I eventually got my stuff, and was told there is no facility for them to give me a Tax invoice, I must search online for it. After asking to ask to speak a manager I was told that she is the manager, and there is nobody above her that I can speak to. My opinion... Builders warehouse Boksburg is a circus, and I will definitely find other shops to purchase from first in the future, they will be my last resort in future...
