Shocking Service
Over a week ago i went to Builder in Tokai, received a quote 10qm2 for 19mm stone, they assured me delivery would be the following Wednesday subject to me paying first thing Monday by EFT. I paid, im yet to receive my stones, i have spoken to staff, managers and im yet to have a single promise fulfilled by them.
They assured me the stone would be here yesterday, I haven't even got a phone call or an apology or an excuse why i have not received them, Yet i have had to pay my staff on sight for 5 days, which costs me 3 times the amount i paid for the stones.
I would consider using anyone but builders in Tokai. absolutely shocking to say the least.
