SHOCKING events that took place at Builders Warehouse ZAmbezi

We had a horrible encounter at Zambesi Builders Warehou. Tiles were on sale (because its old stock that they are having a clearance sale. We originaily bought rhem at Builders warehouse in gezina. Unfortunatally the stock at Gezina was finish and we neem another 8 packets of tiles.The manager then explained to hs that Builders Warehouse in Montana has another 8 packets left and all of rhem are old stock. So we drove romontana and the staff were extremely helpful an kindly assited us.they gave us the new special lrice and we went there, paid without hasstle. Outside the shop, the manager was waiting to speak to me in a very attogant way. Didn't even try to underatand my very simple explanation of something else I was buying. He rudely took my husband and I to their "office" and made us feel like *********. He was disgussted at the fact that we bought the tiles for such a sheep price. At fist he said, oh weel it must be now my loss, because you already paid. After a while he askes my husband to ease return the tiles and get the little amount he paid for it back I feel this is totally unexceptable, business does'n work like that. The manager insited that we go to police station so he phoned them. What a huge bunch of Circus clowns!! My husband and brother runs a huge business and by thousands of rannd's stuff there. Our family spent almost R10 000 ther the past 3 days, and the business buys abou R30 000 to R50 000 stock every month.
