Shocking customer Service

I shop in builders practically regulary. I ordered a vacuum on line due to lockdown. I received the vacuum in early May from Builders in Rivonia. It arrived with no head so I emailed them. as of today nearly two months later and numerous emails which I have to constantly followup on I still don't have a fully functioning vacuum. I just get one excuse after another. At one point they offered to give me a another one which was a lesser model which I didn't want, and also I had to use the vacuum in the meantime even though it takes over double the time to vacuum with no head. It is so disappointing and I urge you not to order online if it comes form Rivonia as no one actually cares about customer service
