Shocking customer service
Builders Warehouse N1 City - your customer service is pathetic! Its not the firts time I walk around aimlessly in your store looking for things whilst your floor staff continues their merry chats. No one will ask if you need assistance. When you eventually find someone, the response is always the same; "not my department let me find someone" and thats the end of that. I just walked out; no one has time for that in 2020 still. What exactly do you pay your floor staff for? To pack the shelves only? Really shocking.
