Shocking!!! Bad attitude

On Saturday I went to builders warehouse centurion looking for tiles, when I got there,there was at the gate a huge SALE sign for tiles that are on sale, I went there no one to help me, went inside and the guy told me to go there and pick/take photos of the tiles I want and come to him for pricing because all the tiles there there's an extra 30% off, okay, so I went there to choose, came back and gave the guy the codes I picked and he told me he must first go to his manager for 30% sign off, so I went with him to his manager, the manager signs off the invoice but only with 20% off, when I asked the guy why now 20% he says he doesn't know. So I went back to this lady with the salesman to ask her why now 20% off. BONITA/BENITA her name was......
