Shocking!!

<p>I bought 3 windows cut to size from Feari Glen branch. 2 windows cut wrong by 10mm and I took them back the follwing day at 2h40pm. Found service counter at glass cutting abandoned. Pressed "call" button at desk. Someone came over told me they think he went to the toilet and silenced the call button. 20 min later the same staff member came and told me they spoke to the line manager and the staff member working at glass cutting will be on lunch for another hour!!! This after waiting for 20 min??? On top of that you stand and watch NUMEROUS staff members standing around , in fact you are surrounded by them...doing nothing!! I donated my 2 windows (left them at the counter) that was already paid for .....and found a service supplier in the private sector who actually cares about customer service. Makes Builders Warehouse looks like a joke. To think that my hard earned moneygets used to pay their loaded staff compliment to stand around joking/playing whilst customers would have to wait for over 60 min for service whilst looking at them doing NOTHING and getting paid for it with the money spent by me??</p> <p>If my bussiness had to run on this model I would be out of bussiness in no time!! </p>
