Shelf and invoice prices not matching (again)!

<p>On Monday morning 24 October when I was passing Builders Warehouse, The Glen, I decided to pop in to check on paint prices. At the same time I checked various other prices and saw a set of paint brushes for R50 which I decided I would get later when I came for the paint (I was on my s****** at the time). I returned later and bought the paint and accessories but the price of the paint brushes was R70 on my invoice. I went back to the shelf to check the price and it was R50. I returned to the cashier and told her the price was wrong and asked her to accompany me to the shelf. Lo and behold, when we got there the price was suddenly R74, with the 4 inserted skew as if it had been done rather hurriedly!!! I looked around to see if someone was playing a trick on me but of course there was no one, this was just an everyday Builders Warehouse trick. With the cashier and various other assistants not knowing what to do and no one taking responsibility, I left the store with all my purchases. Strangely enough, when I returned a couple of days later the brushes were priced R70 as per my invoice and not R74 which was the last price I had seen there.</p>
