SHARE THIS FAR AND WIDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

So today marks the one month date since the start of this dispute with BUILDERS WAREHOUSE PORT ELIZABETH and still, it has not been resolved utterly disgusted in this service from builders warehouse its been a week now since I have sent them my banking details so it actually seems like my prediction was quite accurate, apparently I only have to sign some form which is supposed to take one day to get from head office (which I have not received as yet). The customer care agent just doesn't reply to my emails and I have to continuously phone to find out what is happening I guess I will only be getting refunded in May if I'm lucky. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND ILL ADVISE ALL OTHER SMALL CONTRACTORS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
