Shame on you Builders Warehouse

I visited the Builders Warehouse in Riverhorse Valley Durban with paint sample and the staff member advised on paint that I should use same as my sample. I am no paint expert but on the day began painting I notice that the paint had an usual texture. I made contact with customer care with photos attached and proof of purchase and I was assured that I will be sorted out and that I should visit the branch. When I visted the brunch I was explained that I cant exchange the paint and that they need to investigate. I was emailed by an agent that were requesting proof of payment again and said they must do a site visit for further investigation. From being emailed that my issue will be sorted to the next level of investigation are shocking! There are many opposition, however, I choose to support Builders Warehouse, however, I am not that important to them and they do their best in creating unnecessary inconvenience. Concern should be made known of their customer care tactics it's shocking!
