Service sucks

Service sucks, no matter which store you go to they have no customer service i feel like they think they are doing me a favour for helping me still waiting on a order I placed 12 December and every time I phone they promise to call me back with an update but nothing its been over a month now I want a full refund I will get my timber from somewhere else!!!
