Service Star at Builders Express Craighall Park

I’d like you to record my appreciation for the service I received from Nomsa at Builders Express Craighall Park earlier today. I purchased a number of items, big and small, and then paid for them before realising that I had not presented my Builders Card to receive discount. Nomsa very patiently reversed each item so that a voucher could be generated, instead of a credit being passed to my credit card which would have taken a few days. She then arranged with the manager and security guard for the items to be loaded on my contractor's vehicle to save time while she rang all the items up again, making sure the discount was app**** correctly. She then explained the options available for use of the resulting credit. She displayed grace, patience and initiative and is a credit to Builders Express.
