Service non existing

I want to complain about the service of Builders Warehouse at Cape Gate, The worst service I ever had with no one helping me. I was looking for someone to help me one guy said he will get somebody after 30 min he was nowhere and then left. This is not the first time that This happen to me a lot of my friends are also complaining about them. This was the last time I will go there.
