Service like this needs to be applauded

I bought some laminated flooring from Builders Warehouse on Wednesday last week and experienced a minor problem with one of the planks. I visited the store on Saturday and explained my dilemma. I was told that Andre would come to my house on Monday and indeed he did.<br> <br> Today, (Tuesday) he paid me another visit and helped me solve my problem. This is just to say a big thank you for your willingness to help. It is not every day that a supplier would go to such lengths to keep the customer satisfied and service like this should really be recognised. Thank you.
