Service levels are bordering on poor.

I went to the Builders on Hendrik Potgieter Street and Jim Fouche. I was totally unable to find an assistant when required. Either walking about trying to look busy or stuck with their eyes glued to a cell phone or huddled together talking. Typical laziness - I do not always blame them since they are usually underpaid. I sometimes, however, could not distinguish between an employee and a shopper. You guys should give employees bibs or something that they must wear when in duty.
