service is highly dependent on which store manager is on duty

We had a nasty experience at builders warehouse, Northgate. We went to return our fan heater and the manager and staff were not helpful at all. We had called prior and were told its okay to return for an exchange or refund, upon arrival the store manager was very rude to us.

We had to call head-office for the issue to be resolved, and for someone who was always treated well at Builders Warehouse, Meadowdale when renovating my house and spent over 100K. The Northgate branch left a bad taste in my mouth.
