Service going down hill in Builders warehouse , Richards Bay

God morning The service s at builders is going down hill. Recently I purchased charcoal paving paint from builders warehouse in Richards by. I painted 3 coats on the paving and after 2days the paint started peeling of the paving. I had reported the matter to management and they gave me all sorts of excuses Then the pain department phoned me and asked me a few questions and said they will get back to me . It has been 2weeks no feedback. I called them today ,still no feedback, service are going down hill at builders warehouse Richards Bay.
