**** service from Builders

We went to Builders northriding to get a replacement card we have been waiting there for 30 minutes while the lady called the call centre where there was no answer i tried calling from my cellphone as well and there is no one at the call centre to assist, this is very poor service i might as well just close the account as they do not know what customer service is.
