Service delivery from builders warehouse Sunningdale is below mediocre

Purchased a product online on the 29th of September, purchase was successful and money was deducted from my account Scheduled collection the 5th of October from builders in Sunningdale which was the pass Saturday When i got to builders warehouse gave them my order number it didn't show on there system I rep**** by showing him my bank statement and the zapper statement of money out of my account and transaction successful He said there's nothing he can do further I said ill allow you to sort this out but on condition that the item should be delivered He said if the problem was on there side he'll make a plan Its the 8th today and i still haven't heard anything from him yet He promised to call me the morning and its 12pm already I called builders warehouse Sunningdale myself was on hold for 10 min and no one can be reached at the "back"
