Service and *****ing money

Rustenburg store service is terrible at best, getting one person to start talking to you if not lying on shelves then asking do you have this item on stock from the web page instead of saying yes or no they say that price you see there is not the same as the store vat must be included and all that peyhetic needed a manager to help for stock count, asking for a size carpet they could not calculate the squares so no sorry don't know how. Rustenburg please close down useless.

ONLINE ORDER!!!! Now go online and order the item from cedar Square 2 days to check my account order completed but shipping canceled call in they tell me there is no stock and the supplier says its discontinued okay well refund then my word its been a week of hell where I made endless phone calls to the customer service no store will call me back nope one point they hold me put me to the store and the guy is like can't help you wil call back this was the branch manager so today where you feel like making scene at the store take note feul wil cast me R400 my phone calls all now on R180 for R1559 the manager gets to me to say we cannot refund you because the order is printed and Wil look at it on Monday.

If someone from news or cart balance wants to get this stupid story I do have all the evidence on voice recording or someone want to help take these guys to court so they can be listed as terrible please we can not allow companies like these to grow but get worse at service they need punishment.
