Service and delivery is pathetic

After waiting 3 days for a "PRIORITY" delivery and 2 return calls from the call centre promising me delivery today, I am more than just annoyed. I am a small business owner and have built my reputation around good service delivery to my clients. However when you rely on suppliers without the same ethics you lose jobs and income.

I spend an average of R20 000.00 a month with you and this will be the last time I make use of Builders Warehouse Kempton Park, your service is atrocious and your attitude towards your customers is even worse. I will now be joining the thousands of people your store has lost and start making all my purchases at Leroy Merlin. I will also be warning the small business community in Kempton and Edenvale of making their purchases at your store.

I look forward to seeing the management team from Kempton Park in the unemployment line..!!!
