What a ********** experience. Order online, stuff gets delivered, but when you want to return it it turn into a absolute nightmare. You website, you cant log a return, because of issues on the site. Calling the department for online orders, I got mixed responses. No feedback etc.

When, after my 3rd call someone arranged the goods to be collected from the store it came from, I was informed by the store I wont get me money back and it will only go into a builders account?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do you realize you just lost a customer for life?
