Builders Warehouse Superstore in Attergville has the worst customer service ever. I've been with Builders since I started my company in 2009 and never experienced what I've been experiencing.

The past two months I've been running a project in Attergville and the nearest Builders is 2 kilometres away. The shelves are empty or full of same items, only one till operates, there are no people to assist on floor and worst they take forever to give out items bought from at the back. Just yesterday I bought 15 bags of PPC cement I had to wait for 40min to receive them as only two people work on the floor.

I trust Builders Warehouse with thier products and I don't need to go for other shops so please look into this urgently.
