On the 03rd of October 2023 I went to Builders Warehouse Kempton for blinds alterations FinishingTouches. I was told to pay R450 for the alterations. I paid the R450 by cash at the till,the amount was credited to my builders account. Waiting period for the alterations is 14 days. After 14 days I get the call that they can't do the alterations and the money will be credited into my builders account. After 21 days I went to the store to collect my blinds.The Nightmare begins, the money has not been credited into my account. Kgobo told me to wait another 3 days since I payed cash.

On the 02 November 2023, I went to the store. No money was credited to my account to date.

DON'T USE BUILDERS WAREHOUSE FOR YOUR BLINDS ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND.
