Baught a Ryobi Orbital Sander 180w, used the product once, smelt burned so returned the product in 19 April 2026, i have called multiple times and requested that the device be returned and a new product be given. I have spoken to Simphiwe(Manager) and have escalated this issue on multiple times. And i have to come in to get this sorted out which it still is not.
