SELLING WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE
I bought a Alva GH312 Large Panel Gas Heater - Black online. on the 24 June 2020 and few days later I received a message to say I will receive my delivery on the 13 July. Today I got a call from Greenstone Hill Express store to tell me that they don't have the heater so they will be refunding me. I told her to tell her manager to call me because I don't want refund I want the heater,
I don't want refund I want the heater , I don't care how they going to do it the fact remains that I want the heater. They shouldn't have sent me the delivery date.
I want nothing but the heater. I will remain their loyal customer, but for now I want my heater.
