Selling USED products as NEW!!

Bought a Karcher High Pressure cleaner. Was the last one left online so bought and collected at BEX Pietermaritzburg. When I told the lady I'm here for the Karcher, she responded by saying "The return? Yay!". I said no the brand new one. Another lady brings the box which is opened. Now I'm getting suspicious. I asked her is this a returned item? She rep**** no, they just opened it to "check". I've never heard of this practice but took her word for it.

When I set it up I found all sorts of scratches, dirt and marks on the device. It was clearly used before.

What irks me is that they had the opportunity to come clean and tell me it's not a brand new item. Instead they lie and say it's opened for "inspection" purposes. The level of dishonesty?

Seriously Builders. Have a look into this store. There's something going on there. This is like the 4th order they've messed up or delayed.

I want a brand new SEALED, UNUSED Karcher K2 delivered to me. I'm not going to be inconvenienced yet again. Pick this one up and send me a BRAND NEW ONE. Can't do that? Refund and I will get it from Game.
