Selling things they dont have and refusing to refund you

The WORST customer care ever!!!! I bought a generator online. Only for the store to call me the next to tell they don't have stock of the item. The guy said they would order with their supplier but does not know when I would get my generator. I cancelled my order and was told someone will call me back. NO ONE called me but I got a cancellation email. A week later and still NOTHING!!!!!! Dont buy from this company ONLINE. They ONLINE service sucks!!!!! they dont care about their customers.
