Selling faulty goods under false pretences.

I bought a Ryobi cordless pruner from Builders the Glen. It was marked at a reduced price to clear. I put it on charge but it wont work. I emailed Builders warehouse head office with my concern but they have chosen to ignore me. Big mistake!
