Sell non standard taps that no one supports

I got a kitchen tap from builders about a month ago. After installation I discovered that no water filter in south africa fits on this tap (fitting is about 1mm too large).No one has adaptors either. After spending countless hours, driving around to many shops and making many calls, I hoped to just buy another tap and pay another plumber fee, but i cannot do that because the hole in my sink had to be made larger for this odd tap. Getting a normal tap that fits there is an issue (or i have to replace my sink as well now).<br> <br> This issue has been dragging on for about a month. The manager at Builders that is supposed to try and help rarely returns my calls and keeps saying the supplier must do something... I called Builders about every day this week to try and reach him without success - my calls have not been returned.<br> <br> If you are going to sell items you dont have support for - put a warning on it.<br> If you are going to sell non-standard items, put a warning on it. <br> If you are not going to help me - tell me that instead of wasting my time over a month.<br> <br> Water filters that are attached to the tap are the most cost effective option in South Africa. <br> Thanks to the staff that did try to help
