Seamless Exchange Process! Stellar!!

Purchased a generator on the 26th of May. It was delivered the next day. When testing the unit, we picked up that it had a small leak. Called customer service to log a complaint. John Hammond at customer service was so helpful. He was the middle man between the store and I. He called everyday to check how far I am in returning the unit to the store. Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley were amazing, Excellent customer service at the store! They replaced the unit immediately. Thank you so much guys. Thank you John. To think I was dreading the refund/exchange process.
