Scared on management in Builders (there is non)

I tried to buy two security doors (I even already paid for it). Now the wait and struggle start. Nearly 2 months later still nothing. I get from time to time updates (sounds promising but no delivery). No oversee manager to help. No answer when I will receive or that they will now make a plan.
