On 29 July 2022, I ordered blinds and paid for them. The lady said the order takes 2 - 3 weeks and I agreed to that, she even accompanied me to teller to make payment because the system on her computer was slow. Today I received a call from Builders saying that I didn't pay and they will send email address so that I can email them proof of payment. I'm confused because over the weekend they sent slip via email. I also received a text from them saying that Charles Hamilton has logged into my account, so I tried to call their customer service but they couldn't get hold of Builders warehouse Newmarket. They customer service said Charles Hamilton is no longer working there, I don't know if this is a **** or ***********.
