Satisfied result . I would like to thank Andre Coetzee at Builders Depot in Bloemfontein for his assistance when I returned a faulty Gas Heater on 2 different occasions . Aswell Wilson at the Builders warehouse branch in Fleurdal assisted me with the refund and knowing how to be proffessionsal and listen to the clients . Unfortunately with these two individuals stellar service was there a lady whom assisted us at the Returns section whom does not know how to deal with clients hiding their ineptness behind policies . She refused to refund the item my invoice was on the phone she said that I could not use it nor would it scan without trying . She refused bluntly aswell telling us that she will give me a credit note for R979 I must buy for that value in store of which I refused and insisted for my full refund the clerk also claimed that she had no cash and we must go to the cashiers with the credit note. In return I requested for Wilson as we referred to him by Andre Coetzee without hesitation and inspecting all the facts I was refunded. The clerk should read her policies clear with understanding before making reference using it. the returns policy is clear and bold on a yellow plague on the wall.
