SAME CODE PAINT DIFFERENT COLOURS..AWFUL SERVICE

am beyond livered by our experience with the purchase and use of your FIREDEARTH Ultra Roof paint Charcoal , which the guys at Builders recommended we use to paint the exterior of our home. Dont get me wrong initially we were really happy with the colour and the look of our home , we then purchased 5 x 20 L to refresh, the expense incured alone to get painters was not cheap only to find that your charcoal shade which our home has been painted is now Black????? What the heck!!!!!!!!! Do you have any idea how much this is costing us and on discovering the exact same paint purchased previously is now different... Builders warehouse Brackenfell is totally unsympathetic and now has nothing to do with the situation. People we had to budget for a two story home... with 100L of ****, our charcoal exterior wall look like **** with black streaks it looks like a three old had a fun day. We don't want anything special just what we paid for and we don't want a black house. Your color batches are messed up and its so unprofessional. Please get someone to contact me. We are in South Africa yes such a pity. I have contacted the link you sent and no response. I hope this matter can be cleared up if I buy paint of a specific code I expect the same paint. If that makes any sense. Thank you for listening and your prompt response. appreciated.
