Sales Manager Rude

We stopped at Builders Express Noordheuwel today to pick up a few things. Upon entering we went to the power tools section as my husband has been in the market for a cordless drill. We saw the Ryobi Cordless Impact Drill which we were ready to purchase as it was at a good price. He then noticed that the battery is not included. He then asked the sales person to ask the manager to check the wording on their price tag as it states "RYOBI IMPACT DRILL ONE PLUS XHD1820 18V" as it is deceiving. We do understand that it is a "One+ system" but someone who does not will assume that the battery is included. A new one sales manager by the name of Joseph Nathrass was called by the sales person, my husband then attempted to explain to him that their labeling is deceiving and people may misunderstand it but before he could get a word out he was interrupted my the manager saying "no it isn't, no it isn't, no it isn't." Rude and bombastic, clearly frustrated by the amount of errors and issues in the store, why would he want to take the time to fix a simple grammar error which could save him more issues. Such a beautiful store, such a helpful sales person who did the right thing to check with the manager, but very disappointed with the sales manager - poor people skills.
