Sad

I was assisted by a lovely lady on Sunday and Thursday and via telephone on Wednesday about a gas stove I purchased on collection today Thursday I arrived before 6 to pay and collect while waiting the staff busy at collection is complaining why I arrived now to collect. I had explained to the lady on the phone I'd be here just before 6 to pick up my item, a bit of a pain thinking I won't understand afrikaans. REALLY, I'm very disappointed in the staff working at the back due to the great service i usually get from the builders staff
